Context
Development of a new pleasure craft model — a 10 m motor catamaran — from design through production ramp-up and in-service support. With a very tight schedule, the critical factors were sticking to the timeline and mastering interfaces between naval architects, specialist engineering offices, the yard and suppliers, so each phase could run without friction.
Approach
Compova’s role was primarily project leadership and coordination, with hands-on design and naval engineering on the boat’s critical technical choices. The engagement covered the full cycle: from early design through industrialisation and ramp-up, then after-sales and in-service follow-up.
Result
A finished boat, schedule held and strong industrial maturity — a successful model development.
